It can feel overwhelming and frustrating.

But there is a way to feel the best you've ever felt, easily and probably quicker than you thought.

Hi!  I'm Jen.

I'm a certified health coach, food scientist and pilates instructor. I help women cut through all of the information and overwhelm and feel the best they've felt in years.

Easily.

As a pilates instructor and health coach I've helped women transform their bodies. But it's not the first place I start. It all starts with your mind. Because you can eat all of the right things and do everything perfect and still feel like crap. It takes looking at the whole picture to really transform your body.

 

How did a food scientist get to be a pilates instructor and health coach?

I was working as a food scientist when I felt that I just wasn't doing what I was meant to do. Around that time I started taking private pilates lessons.

I was hooked.

The years of volleyball were starting to take a toll on my body. My back and knees hurt. After 1 pilates lesson I was able to go running without and knee and back pain. I decided to become a certified pilates instructor.

 

After the birth of my 2nd daughter I noticed that the pregnancy weight I gained was harder to come off.

I was watching my calories and exercising, but I knew that there was more pieces to the puzzle. I was also helping my pilates clients with their overall health as well.

I stumbled upon the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and I decided that becoming a certified health coach would be a great way to encompass my degree in dietetics along with my time as a food scientist. I could finally put my passion for helping women transform their health to work and really make a difference in their lives.

Helping women feel awesome is what I love to do. My zone of genius is really listening to women. Seeing what actions will give them the biggest bang for their buck. Whether it's working together 1 on 1 or learning what is the best way to live in the Vibrant Life Plan, or having the accountability of an awesome group of women in my program, "Best You".
